MIAMI – April 23, 2025 – Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, announced today the appointment of Kim Smouter as Managing Director of Foundever.org, the company’s nonprofit operating foundation dedicated to advancing the #CXforGood movement, an initiative dedicated to upskilling talent from distressed communities and building educational programs that benefit untapped talent worldwide. In this pivotal role, Kim will focus on motivating other organizations to join the cause and amplify the collective impact.

With over 18 years of invaluable experience, Kim joins us from his recent position as Executive Director of the European Network Against Racism (ENAR) and ENAR Foundation, where he led impactful initiatives to promote systemic change and combat racism across Europe. His extensive background in public affairs, professional standards and organizational management uniquely positions him to drive the mission of Foundever.org forward.

Kim’s leadership has been recognized on multiple platforms, including his selection as a 2024-2025 Obama Europe Leader and his inclusion on the list of the Most Influential People of African Descent in 2023. His entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in multicultural environments will significantly enhance the efforts of Foundever.org in empowering underrepresented communities.
Additionally, Benedita Miranda has taken on the role of Executive Director for Foundever.org while continuing her primary responsibilities as General Manager for Offshore/Nearshore in the EMEA market. Benedita’s leadership and deep understanding of our nonprofit initiatives will be invaluable as she works alongside Kim to guide our mission.
