Cairo, Egypt – July 27, 2026 – Foundever.org and Carerha continue to strengthen their commitment to digital inclusion and economic empowerment with the launch of the 10th cohort of Freelance Mama in Cairo and the opening of applications for the second cohort of Freelance for Youth, which will be delivered in Luxor and Aswan.

These two programmes build on a long-standing partnership focused on equipping women and young people with the practical skills needed to thrive in the digital economy and access sustainable income opportunities.

Ten cohorts of empowering women through freelancing

The launch of the tenth Freelance Mama cohort marks another important milestone in a programme that has supported hundreds of women in developing market-relevant digital skills and building independent freelance careers.

Participants receive practical training in areas including AI-powered content creation, graphic design, remote administration and community management, alongside guidance on creating professional freelance profiles, finding clients and managing their own careers.

By combining technical skills with confidence-building and career development, the programme helps women increase their economic independence while preparing for the evolving future of work.

Investing in the next generation of digital professionals

Foundever.org is also launching the second cohort of Freelance for Youth, designed specifically for young people seeking to build careers in the growing digital economy.

Delivered in Luxor and Aswan, the programme provides hands-on training in:

  • AI-powered content creation
  • Graphic design
  • Remote administration and community management
  • Building a professional freelance profile
  • Winning first freelance opportunities

Applications are now open for young people interested in joining the programme: https://lnkd.in/ez5gytPF

Building long-term employability

At Foundever.org, we believe employability is about more than developing technical skills. It means giving people the confidence, networks and practical experience needed to build sustainable careers in a rapidly changing world.

Our continued partnership with Carerha demonstrates how local expertise and global collaboration can create scalable solutions that expand access to opportunity for underserved communities.

As digital transformation continues to reshape labour markets, programmes such as Freelance Mama and Freelance for Youth help ensure that women and young people are equipped not only to participate in the future of work but to shape it.
