One of the programs in which Foundever.org is participating is a women’s empowerment initiative in Egypt through its partnership with Carerha and the Freelance Mama program. Foundever.org is proud to bring the #CXforGood movement to life through this program to help female college graduates who had to stop working or never had the chance to start their career journeys due to a wide range of constraints and life events, including family obligations. The program provides women with training in graphic design, content creation, and virtual assistance/content moderation, setting them on a path for successful freelance careers.
Meet Hanan, a passionate volunteer
Sociology is defined as the study of human relationships and society. With her degree in sociology, Hanan worked in several customer service and administrative roles, including in the CX industry at Uber Eats! Here, Hanan lived her education, and discovered her passion for helping people make their lives easier and achieve their goals. It’s not just a job for Hanan though, she spends time outside of work volunteering. Helping people is part of who she is.
Because she’s been away from the job market for some time, Hanan sometimes lost sight of her own goals. The virtual assistance and content moderation path got her back on track. In this course, she learned how to professionally manage customer relationships and filter content on social media platforms. Hanan also learned how to be an all-star assistant, gaining the skills to effectively schedule, organize, and solve problems.
At the end of the program Hanan felt enabled to continue her passion for helping people. She felt like she could be more than just a mother and could – and will be – successful again.
