PARIS – 8 March 2026 — Foundever.org reaffirms its commitment this International Women’s Day to expanding opportunity for women and girls through sustained, practical programs that strengthen economic independence, digital inclusion, mentorship and leadership visibility across regions.

“At Foundever.org, we believe inclusion is built through access: access to education, digital tools, mentorship and economic pathways,” said Olivier Camino, President of Foundever.org. “International Women’s Day is both a celebration of progress and a reminder that sustained impact requires sustained action.”

Foundever.org’s approach focuses on building pathways at different stages of life and career.

“While progress toward gender equality continues, structural barriers remain deeply entrenched,” said Benedita Miranda, Executive Director of Foundever.org. “Women continue to be underrepresented in technology and senior leadership roles, and digital divides disproportionately impact women in underserved communities. Early confidence gaps also influence long-term educational and career choices. Expanding opportunities for women is not just a social responsibility; it is essential for fostering inclusive economic growth and ensuring long-term resilience.”

Foundever.org is proud to continue investing in the following programs:

  • Freelance Mama: In Egypt, Freelance Mama is now entering its third year, equipping mothers with digital freelancing capabilities that enable flexible income generation and greater financial independence. The program continues to evolve, integrating emerging AI tools to ensure participants are prepared for an increasing digital economy.
  • Business Mama: In Morocco, Business Mama will launch this year, focusing on entrepreneurship and e-commerce. The initiative supports women in building and scaling their own businesses through structured training, mentorship, and practical tools designed for sustainable growth.
  • Inspiring Futures: Globally, Inspiring Futures, delivered in partnership with Inspiring Girls, will roll out across Brazil, Colombia, Spain and the United States. Through interactive workshops in secondary schools, the program introduces students to AI literacy, digital confidence, and diverse career pathways. By increasing the visibility of women role models and connecting young people with real professional journeys, the initiative addresses aspiration gaps at an early stage.
  • Global Mentorship Initiative: Beyond early-stage empowerment and entrepreneurship, Foundever.org also supports women’s professional advancement through its partnership with the Global Mentorship Initiative. This collaboration connects Foundever associates and external participants with experienced mentors across borders, fostering career mobility, leadership development, and access to international networks. In a world where careers are increasingly global and technology-driven, mentorship becomes a critical differentiator in unlocking opportunity and accelerating progression. The foundation’s work continues to expand, with new women-focused initiatives under development in South Africa, the Philippines and India. These expansions reflect a scalable model aligned with local community realities while anchored in a shared global ambition.

This International Women’s Day, as Foundever celebrates the measurable impact of women across the organization, Foundever.org extends that momentum outward, translating recognition into tangible community investment. Empowering women within the workplace must be accompanied by expanding access to skills, networks and confidence beyond it.

Across regions and programs, Foundever.org remains committed to enabling women not only to participate in the economy, but to shape it. Because when women’s potential is unlocked, communities and economies grow stronger together.
