This initiative, for the young people at Világszép Alapítvány, was made possible with support from Sony Interactive Entertainment, Foundever.org and volunteers from Foundever in Hungary.
Young people supported by Világszép Alapítvány in Budapest recently celebrated the opening of a new gaming and connection space designed to create opportunities for interaction, friendship and positive shared experiences.
The new space will provide a welcoming environment where children and young people can come together, enjoy recreational activities and strengthen social connections in a safe and supportive setting. To mark the occasion, participants took part in a gaming tournament and community activities alongside volunteers from Foundever in Hungary. The initiative was made possible through support from Sony Interactive Entertainment, Foundever.org and the dedication of local volunteers who came together around a shared goal: creating meaningful moments for young people at Világszép Alapítvány .

More than a place to play, the new gaming space offers opportunities for connection, teamwork and shared experiences. By bringing young people together around common interests, it helps foster confidence, inclusion and a sense of belonging. Throughout the day, which coincided with the Champions League Final, the focus remained firmly on the young people and on creating moments of joy, connection and community that will endure long after the event itself.
Világszép Alapítvány supports children and young people growing up in foster care and residential care settings across Hungary, helping them build self-confidence, life skills and meaningful relationships through educational, cultural and community-based programs.
