London, 24 February 2026 – Foundever.org and Inspiring Girls International have established a global partnership to deliver Inspiring Futures by Foundever.org, an international educational program designed to challenge stereotypes and expand opportunity for the next generation.
During the engagement at Inspiring Girls’ headquarters in London, Foundever.org was represented by Darren Dainty, UKI General Manager, reflecting the foundation’s ongoing commitment to partnerships that drive access to opportunity and future career pathways for the next generation, as part of a 12-month collaboration beginning in Spain, Brazil, Colombia, and the United States.
Over the coming year, the program will deliver 24 interactive workshops – six in each country – reaching approximately 700 students aged 13–17, particularly those from underserved communities. Designed as immersive 90–120-minute sessions, the workshops combine AI literacy, digital confidence, employability skills, and exposure to diverse career pathways. Foundever professionals will participate as volunteer role models, sharing their personal journeys and helping young participants connect aspiration with practical possibility.
Research shows that gender stereotypes begin shaping career aspirations at an early age, narrowing perceived possibilities for girls and reinforcing limiting norms for boys. Inspiring Futures program addresses this challenge directly by pairing inspiration with tangible digital and AI competencies, ensuring that confidence is matched with capability.
By engaging both girls and boys in conversations about gender, technology, and career pathways, the program aims to reshape perceptions early, ensuring that opportunity is not defined by stereotypes. Challenging prejudice requires collective responsibility, and meaningful change depends on the active participation of young men and women alike.
