Inspiring Futures with Inspiring Girls

Empowering girls to dream bigger and build the skills to get there

In partnership with Inspiring Girls International, Foundever.org delivers Inspiring Futures, an interactive workshop experience designed to raise aspirations, strengthen confidence, and equip girls in underserved communities with digital and AI literacy skills.

Research shows that 70% of girls feel differently about their future after hearing from female role models. That insight is at the heart of this program.

The challenge

By age 7, girls begin internalizing professional stereotypes. By age 12, many limit their ambitions to traditionally gendered roles.

Women remain underrepresented in STEM and digital careers, not because of ability, but because of visibility and confidence gaps.

Our response

Inspiring Futures is a 2 hour interactive workshop combining:

  • Inspirational talks from Foundever female role models
  • AI literacy and digital confidence training
  • Soft skills development (creativity, adaptability, teamwork)
  • Hands-on challenges using real-life digital tools
  • A personal “Future Map” exercise to define aspirations

The workshop demystifies AI, addresses gender stereotypes in technology, and shows that professions have no gender.

Volunteer engagement

Foundever volunteers are trained through a structured “Train the Trainers” program to ensure sessions are inspiring, relatable, and impactful.

Inspiring Futures is not just a workshop. It is a movement to shape the next generation of confident, future-ready women.

We’ve mentored +100 students since 2024

In collaboration with The Global Mentorship Initiative, our program started with a partnership with Orange, a long-standing client of the Foundever Group, to pair Foundever employees with students from countries across several locations in order to facilitate the student’s entry into the job market. The program was initially started in Foundever’s French-speaking region in January 2024 but was extended to English and Spanish speaking Foundever locations in Q4 2024. 

Over the course of 12 sessions, students learn how to develop their resumes, build their professional networks, ace interviews, and even learn how to utilize AI professionally and responsibly. All the while, building confidence and a vision for their career.  

As the first program launched and funded by Founderver.org, this collaboration is a testament to our commitment to supporting real impactful causes: 

  • Helping young adult students from disadvantaged communities gain access to the job market.
  • Supporting young adult students in the development of their skills to meet the requirements of a highly competitive job market. 
  • Coaching young adult students in their career paths and open their horizons.

We’ve mentored +100 students since 2024 through various exchange sessions, guides and educational tools. We have engaged +170 mentors from +30 countries who have conducted +1000 hours of mentoring.
