Najet Tenoutit

Najet Tenoutit was appointed by Olivier Camino in March 2023 to serve as the managing director of Foundever.org and has been since working on defining the strategy and key next steps to build and launch our nonprofit entity — a first for the business!

“Foundever.org is not intended to replicate a typical corporate foundation focused on business as usual. Rather, our goal is to emulate Foundever™, a company of doers, by becoming an operating partner and co-creator of programs in the areas of education, training and technology,” says Najet.

Najet is passionate about creating a more sustainable world for all, working across the public and private spheres. She is convinced that populations from distressed communities have a vital role to play in achieving this goal. Najet sees this nonprofit initiative as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to channel her passion, two decades of experience in international development and personal background into a concrete way to change lives. This nonprofit aims to help people who have not reached the level of training and education needed to join the job market, and ultimately the CX industry, to take part in the global workforce.

Formerly a senior advisor within the broad United Nations family with organizations such as UNICEF in New York, the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC and the World Bank in Marseille, Najet has spent the last year and a half working with management consulting firm Bain & Company, advising Bain’s leaders across the globe on their global risk management, social impact and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) journey.

Najet is based in Paris. She is married and the proud mother of two incredible girls.
