MIAMI — January 12, 2026 — Foundever.org announced the expansion of its partnership with Carerha, a leading female-focused EdTech platform in the MENA region, renewing the Freelance Mama program in Egypt and introducing a new initiative, Business Mama, in Morocco.
Over the past three years, Freelance Mama has supported more than 250 women in Egypt, helping them develop digital skills, build confidence and access income-generating opportunities in the digital economy. In 2026, an additional 100 participants will benefit from the program.
Building on this success, Foundever.org and Carerha have signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) extending collaboration to Morocco, where a new program, Business Mama, will provide structured training in digital, AI-supported marketing, e-commerce and entrepreneurship, designed specifically for women seeking to re-enter or reposition themselves in the job market.
Carerha brings deep regional expertise, a network of employers and coaches, and proven learning pathways tailored to women balancing work, family responsibilities and social constraints. Programs combine skills training with mentoring, career guidance and practical project work that connect learning to real economic outcomes.
“Initiatives like these connect our business strategy with social value,” said Olivier Camino, President, of Foundever.org &and Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Foundever. “By investing in education and digital readiness, we help build stronger, future-ready ecosystems for our clients, for the communities we serve and for the next generation of talent.”
The expansion reinforces Foundever.org’s role as the social-innovation arm of Foundever, aligning closely with the company’s broader transformation journey. While Foundever focuses on delivering human-centric, technology-enabled customer experience solutions for leading global brands, Foundever.org focuses on ensuring access, inclusion and employability in the communities where the company operates.
“Our collaboration with Foundever.org has shown what is possible when purpose meets execution,” said Jessy Radwan, CEO of Carerha. “Freelance Mama demonstrated clear results in Egypt. Expanding into Morocco allows us to adapt what works, reach new women and continue supporting inclusive participation in the digital economy.”
